Our client in the Edina/Bloomington area is looking for an AR/Collections candidate to cover a LOA for 2-3+ months. Fully on-site (must live locally). Pay is $25-$29/hour (based on experience).

Job Description:

• Conduct B2B collections activities via phone and email (approximately 50% of the role) to secure payment on overdue accounts
• Maintain professional, customer-focused communication while resolving payment issues
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances
• Apply and post customer payments accurately
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and short-payments
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation related to customer interactions
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and internal stakeholders to resolve account issues
• Support month-end close activities related to accounts receivable
• Adhere to company policies and best practices for collections and compliance

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable/B2B Collections Experience
